A Dive into Authenticity: As a blind role player, I fully embraced the character, immersing myself in the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in human trafficking situations. Feeling the Energy: The energy during the training was palpable! It was heartening to see professionals from diverse sectors across the Baltic Sea Region coming together with commitment and enthusiasm to combat human trafficking. Their collaborative spirit left a lasting impression on me.

Offering Deeper Insights: My aim wasn’t just to play a role but to contribute something meaningful. By stepping into the character, I wanted to offer a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in human trafficking, especially for those with disabilities.

What Does Not Kill You, Makes You Stronger

After a year and a half of not sufficient training due to Covid19 pandemic and a financials impediment, thanks to my well-designed training plan of 3 months, I am returning back to very fast and the strong Trainings and for the terrific new records.
I feel proud of myself today for being able to run 5 km in the track with only 21 minutes with the elevation of 1900 meters here in Turkey under a very hard weather condition with heavy rain and strong wind. As always, the next best is yet to come.

Running Training Camp In Turkey

As a part of my 2021 professional training plan to qualify for Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, I am traveling with my Guide, Mohammad Abutouq, to a running camp in Erzurum, Turkey which is situated 1,900 meters.
Such a place with high elevation with the low amount of oxygen in the air usually is utilized to improve athletes of their endurance.

High altitude training can potentially improve the endurance during intense exercises. Studies have shown that such training may increase the aerobic capacity, lactic acid tolerance, and oxygen flow to the muscles.
